Dialogue is a main tool that gives you a way to express yourself and what you really need and want, including your self-directed dialogue. Actions act like alchemy in the transformation process and having a coach means that you will see the effects of all your actions and be self-aware of how what you decide to do affects your development of joy, purpose of being, feeling of balance in our relationships, and contentment with oneself and our place in the world.

Your personal success strategy is like a roadmap that is dynamically created to reflect the things that you would like to accomplish in your life. If what is important to you changes, then the strategies need to reflect that. Being successful is not leaving everything to chance, but rather being master of your own destiny. A clear definition of the roadmap and options to get to each step is the focus of personal success strategy coaching.

Creating new patterns that support your new version, into the lifestyle that will give you personal success. Clearly identify what that is, and not slip back into the routines that we want to change. In this journey we focus on the habits we want to form now, and create other modes of being to the triggers that push us to fall into an imbalance by our reactions.

Having been here at many points in my life, its important to recognize when you are there, and that the choice you take – can take you down a path for many years to come – and that these critical decisions as radical as they might be, need to be in alignment with what is truly important to you and your personal success as you define that.

You may have heard about loving yourself – but do you really know what it means? There is allot of hype and not everyone knows what this really means – its not just treating yourself, but rather having a deep awareness to start – to know yourself, and change your inner dialog to be supportive, in total acceptance. And learn to trust yourself, then manifest what gives the best results for you – efficaciousness. The 4 pillars of self-love are necessary to love yourself, and this coaching focuses on an awareness of how those appear in your life, and then to establish the foundation for your self-love.
Loss of direction or spiritual connection
Not all of us are native to the land where we were born. We might not have a strong cultural tie or a community that supports us during this life. And without the connection to something outside of ourselves connecting us to this world and beyond – life has less meaning and purpose than it should, our connection with nature being the foremost important. Here I invite you to personally take a journey into feeling your connections and how to improve them. Many of my retreat offerings also focus on reestablishing the Spiritual Connection to one’s own soul, the world and the cosmos.
Anxiety management
The world has changed and now things can change very rapidly, and we have less confidence in the predictable than before. To stay in balance, we have to have new ways of perceiving our experience and be more personally stable in instability – building an inner core of stability even if everything else would collapse. Techniques in Repatterning and using Rieki soul healing are wonderful tools for these uncertain times that we face.
Trauma processing - Grief, abuse, betrayal, abandonment
There are times in life when you might be affected by traumatic events or realize things that have happened a long time ago that you never processed. Rather than in the traditional psychiatric analysis which hashes out for years what happened; focus is on the way to process and move forward into self-love, which includes self-forgiveness and acceptance.
Emotional healing and recovery
Emotions can take you on a wild ride, and being lost in passion, or becoming co-dependent has its cost in loss of self, and major deregulation does affect your health. If you are reeling in a world where you feel like melting down too often then this is most likely the path that you are on. Self-hypnosis meditations, and yogic breath techniques create a path to revive the strength of the person that can handle what life brings without the deep emotional reaction that comes with reliving events is the focus of this type of coaching.
