Africa is an amazing land of contrast and beauty that I have been so blessed to see.

Committed to Conservation and have been involved in saving the rain forest for the last 20 years. Reforestation is one of the most effective ways to fight climate change with fast results, as we see water sources returning when the trees are returned. Many projects in Costa Rica as in other parts of the world are time critical and I am offering opportunities not just to give a donation but to be involved and give your life more meaning to people, animals, and nature. Now having traveled to East Africa, I have vetted and crafted special retreats for hands-on conservation to teach people about what is involved in creating harmony between the nature that we so desperately want to preserve for future generations, and the people who live with the wild animals.

Program Details

March 3 arrive to Hotel Eco Masai 3 – 9th for 6 nights included (meals are included during the stay part at hotel and part of the meals at the Masai village 2 dinners at the village are planned and the lunches)

Masai activities include dance and music and other cultural activities the participation is included

Conservation Retreat cost $5,890.00 6 nights all inclusive

($3,300 is a mandatory tax write-off made to the global funding organization for the permission to be a part of the retreat ) 20% deposit required to reserve your space. Balance Paid 30 days before the retreat.

Retreats Add-on

Soft Landing in Nairobi March 1 – 4, 2025

Add-on Nairobi this part of the retreat is an add on because some of you may already be in Africa and can get directly to the Eco Masai hotel if you are closer. For those of you that would like to be with the group your reservations need to be made by Nov 2024 in order to ensure a spot as the hotels in the Karen area of Nairobi fill up very fast.

Arrive Nairobi March 1 (depending on your flight an additional night if you would like to arrive early is not part of retreat but can be added)

Spend 3 nights in Nairobi in the beautiful Karen area of Karen Dixon and can also see her museum – This is also the Ernest Hemingway area and it is beautiful (included)

March 1^st arrivals and hotel transfer to Hotel in the Karen district of Nairobi meet retreat host Fateh and initial orientation and group dinner

March 2 If you are ok from jet lag – you can Get to know the area, visit museums and the Giraffe sanctuary – incredible shopping (I will get a consensus from those that would like to do any of the possible activities – not included as we don’t know who will be up to doing something the first day)

March 3 Visit Sheldrick animal orphanage (SWT Nursery) Morning (included as has to be organized in advance)

Lunch at the famous natural food restaurant (transfer included – your selection not included)

March 4

Leave to Kaijado County by car transfer

Soft landing add-on cost $1,600.00

Add-on experience to the Amboseli National Park –

SEE the Animals March 10 – 13th

Leave on the 10 th transfer to the Amboseli National Park area

Check into the safari camp for 3 nights (includes meals)

March 11- 12

2 days game drives in the Amboseli National Park – (includes park fees, guide, and Jeep)

6 am start for these 2 days and picnic in the park, back for sundowner and dinner at the hotel
